Study of CD73 Expression on B Lymphocytes in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia

چکیده
Background: A subgroup of T and B cells express the extracellular enzyme cluster differentiation (CD73), which hydrolyzes adenosine monophosphate to adenosine. This work aimed evaluate CD73 expression its correlation with other disease characteristics in leukemia chronic lymphocytic type (CLL) patients. Methods: cross-sectional research was done on 30 CLL cases diagnosed by laboratory investigations or presented fatigue fever without lymphadenopathy organomegaly, a healthy control group age- sex-matched individuals. All patients had subjected estimation β2 microglobulin, flowcytometric detection CD19 peripheral blood. Results: In neither did CD19/CD73 haemoglobin significantly correlate. microglobulin group. While, positive significant B2 macroglobulin group, level, platelet count, were all noticeably reduced. however, greater can diagnose high accuracy (100%) at cut-off 16.8, sensitivity, specificity, PPV NPV 100%. Conclusions: When compared controls, most have less CD19CD73, making it useful standard diagnostic immunophenotyping workup. At point has sensitivity for diagnosis CLL.

Analysis of HLA-G Gene Expression in B-Lymphocytes from Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Patients
The human leukocyte antigen G (HLA-G) molecule exhibits limited tissue distribution, low polymorphism and alternative splicings that generate seven HLA-G isoforms. HLA-G exerts multiple immunoregulatory functions. Recent studies indicate an ectopic up-regulation in tumor cells that may favor their escape from anti-tumor immune responses. This study it is an effort to clarify the presence of HLA...

متن کاملExpression Profiles of miR-93 and miR-330 in Iranian Patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
Background and Aims: Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common adult human leukemia. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression. Research has shown that in CLL, microRNAs can have function as oncogenes or tumor suppressors. Some studies demonstrated that the expression of microRNA-93 (miR-93) and microRNA-330 (miR-330) have been changed in several can...

متن کاملGlutathione depletion in chronic lymphocytic leukemia B lymphocytes.
Glutathione (GSH) content may be the major determinant of a cell's sensitivity to cytotoxic alkylating agents. In the present study, the GSH concentration was determined in lymphocytes isolated from the blood of normal subjects and patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Comparable levels were found in both types of cells. Incubation for 20 hours led to a decrease in GSH to 51% of bas...
